The Alley
Located on James Street North between Gore Park and King William Street, The Alley by Core Urban is another transformational project in the heart of Canada’s comeback city.
Eatwell
Eatwell is a new eatery with a focus on incredible, healthy dishes. The interior is fresh and vibrant and with high ceilings, and some very fun lighting.
Treble Hall
Located at 8 John Street North, Treble Hall is a grand building with a lustrous heritage. Built in 1879, it is the most spectacular example of Renaissance Revival architecture in Hamilton. Trebel Hall is currently being refurbished into residential / commercial spaces with high-end finishes.
The Diplomat
The Diplomat is a casual, diverse eatery inspired from global street scenes and markets. The eclectic decor is modern, colourful and exudes a fun and energetic atmosphere.
The Textile Building
Once the home for the E. Van Allen & Co. Shirt Company, this four storey building has been renovated into a contemporary office building with a variety of office spaces ranging from 200-10,000 square feet.
The French
The French is a bistro with an incredible atmosphere. Lighting details throughout the space offer relaxing ambiance and set the mood for unwinding after work.
HAMBRGR
Another fine eatery, HAMBRGR is probably Hamilton’s favourite burger joint, with line-ups regularly for its tasty offerings. Inside rustic & vintage lighting with brick let visitors know they’re in burger heaven.
FshNChp
A small, tasty restaurant on Hamilton’s foodie row, FshNChp has fun original lighting, including a custom fixture designed and built by Neal Walmsley.
Templar Flats
Across the street from The Empire Times, the Templar Flats is an adaptive reuse project that combines two existing structures with a new six storey structure built in between them.
The Empire Times
Located only one block from Gore Park, The Empire Times project is a significant revitalization project in Hamilton’s central core.
